23rd and Cherry – "Sold"?

I noticed that there was a “sold” sign on the vacant commercial space at 23rd and Cherry today.  Anybody know any details about the buyer?  Or, what the plans are for the property?  Thanks in advance.

  1. We noticed that this weekend too. We had been toying with the idea of trying to open a small food spot over there, so we just decided our choice was made for us… Doesn’t answer your question, but maybe someone else will see further interest and comment. :)

  2. We spoke to the owner who said that a sale is pending, but hasn’t closed yet. We’ll be able to get more info next week if it goes through
