ROOTS Family Picnic 2013

The Breakfast Group, in partnership with The NW Black Pioneers,  Seattle Parks and Recreation, and the ROOTS Committee is sponsoring the 2013 ROOTS Family  Picnic.


This event is a social gathering in support of Closing the Generation Gap to strengthen family and community ties.

FREE Admission, Mini Museum Tours

Activities: Face Painting, Field Games, Mini Museum Tours, Live Music by Area Musicians, Special Community Appreciation Awards, Periodic Raffle Drawings for Fantastic Prizes,  Voices Oral History Project and A Special Food Table will be Hosted for Senior Citizens and MORE!!!


Features: Wheelchair Accessible, Supervised Parking, ROOTS T-shirts for sale, Tax-deductible donations are welcomed, and No alcoholic beverages permitted!
