First off, get your booze now. State liquor stores close at 6 p.m. Christmas Eve and will be closed tomorrow (both for Christmas Day and because they are never open Sundays).

The Starbucks on 23rd and Jackson has a banner declaring it is open Christmas Day.
Where can one go to get a festive glass of holiday cheer?
Twilight Exit is open regular hours Christmas Eve, and opens at 6:00 pm on Christmas Day.
