UPDATE from the editor: According to SFD, a woman was struck by a car while she was jogging shortly after 10:30 a.m. this morning. Medics treated her on the scene for about ten minutes, then sent her to Virginia Mason Hospital with minor injuries.

I say a woman about that time there. I swear she was drunk and stumbling, not running. Did she hit the car, or, did the car hit her. Was there a drug test?
Victims in car vs. pedestrian accidents are not drug tested without their consent unless there is probable cause to believe they committed a crime which seriously injured another, and their state was a contributing factor.
