Self-Defense Seminar sponsored by Northwest School of Karate. 

This seminar will provide an introduction to self-defense and awareness techniques. You will have opportunities to practice in a safe and supportive environment. Through role plays of real life situations, you will gain confidence and discover your strength.

Who Should Come: All ages (youth, adult, men, women) and experience levels are welcome!

About Sensei: The seminar will be led by Sensei Clifton Jackson third degree black belt (Sandan) in Haya-shi-Ha Shito-Ryu. In addition to teaching Sensei Jackson is a gold medalist in international competition and a licensed referee with the United States National Karate-Do Federation.
