Not everyone got a chance to check out the new hotdog stand when it opened last week, due to tech hiccups and schedule snafus.

But they’re up and going now, and we just stopped by and grabbed some for lunch. The Chicago dog is awesome, with a spicy giardiniera relish. And the New York dog was great too, with onion sauce, mustard, and ketchup.

They’re open today (Saturday) until seven, and the Tuesday-Saturday next week, 11am until 7ish.
