Go ahead and break the window, officer. Pet owners (or parents) stupid enough to leave any pet (or child) in a vehicle in this weather deserves to have to pay to have a window replaced. Seriously.
It’s waaaaaay to hot to leave an animal in the car I hope they at least got a ticket.
