Anyone know why there has been cops on 26th ave. between Alder and Fir the last few days? Some people moved out and cops have been there almost each day since.
I’ve noticed them too for the last week or so (I’m on the same block)…if it’s the house I think it is, an earlier discussion with SPD led me to believe that SPD believed the tenants there may have been responsible for some of last summer’s vandalism/thefts in the near vicinity.
Hmmm.. I would love to know the whole story. I just found it odd they packed up and left and then the cops are there. Thanks for the info.
Scott, We’re moving out of the neighborhood and I wanted to find a way to thank you personally for all the information you’ve provided to my family. You’ve been a fabulouse asset to us, keeping crime in the CD in perspective etc. You da’ man Scott. Thanks for all you do. A :-)
