1. On 5/10 I heard what sounded like 3 gunshots, about 10 seconds apart from each other, at about 11pm. They were far enough away from my apartment building that I did not feel calling the cops would do any good.

   Today (5/12) I noticed a small memorial on Jefferson and 16th-ish, and am wondering if the two are related?

2. I just realized I was looking at the wrong calendar date. The night I heard the shots was Mother’s Day, 5/9. There are no police scanner notes from that night.

3. The memorial is from last week’s pedestrian accident at that location. We’ve had no recent reports of anyone shot
