1. I too, wonder what it was. I was in a hurry, & managed to avoid the area when I saw the lights…approximately 3:45-4:00PM on 3/31.

2. I hope that is the culmination of a drug buy sting. There is a lot of prostitution activity and drug dealing some nights in front of the Seattle Median newspaper and at that corner. If I catch anything on video I will upload to youtube if it is clear enough.

   Looks like it was just out of camera range so could not see anything.
