    “However, the Board was split between the appropriateness of the proposed rezone to allow 25 additional feet to the building height.”

    The board is split 2 to 2 on this. If you want this project to happen, contact Lisa Rutzick at DPD, or the City Council to express your support of the contract rezone from 40 to 65 feet.
