1:18PM - 1400 S Jackson St - Narcotics Activity - Four people using
1:47PM - 200 26th Ave E - Suspicious Circumstance - Complainant reports a man who is walking up and down the street, looking over his shoulder repeatedly. White male
2:13PM - 13th & E. Cherry - Strong-arm Robbery - Another street robbery near Seattle U yesterday, with the suspect apprehended (thx to Y for forwarding the email):
Last evening, Seattle Police arrested a non-affiliated male for investigation of armed robbery of a Seattle University student. At approximately 7 p.m., Campus Public Safety officers and Seattle Police responded to a report from a student who had his Nike high-top tennis shoes taken from him while walking at the intersection of 13th and E. Cherry. The victim reported that there were three suspects who approached him as he was carrying his tennis shoes and pack. One suspect told the victim, “Let me see your shoes,” and the victim noticed the suspect was holding a knife. The student held his shoes out and the suspect took them, then ran southbound on 13th Ave. The other two males apologized for their acquaintance, the suspect. The student immediately reported the incident to Campus Public Safety from a nearby residence hall. Campus Public Safety officers on patrol immediately fanned out into the area and spotted a possible suspect south of campus. CPS officers relayed the information to SPD officers arriving into the area. SPD officers stopped the possible suspect and found he was wearing the victim’s stolen tennis shoes, which was confirmed with the victim. The suspect was arrested for investigation of armed robbery and possession stolen property, and transported to the East Precinct for processing.

2:30PM - Boren Ave and E Cherry St - Disturbance - A teal minivan has stopped and it occupants are arguing with some transients.
2:53PM - 18th Ave and E Madison St - Disturbance - A group of people are harassing an elderly lady at the bus stop, black females, black males
3:10PM - 2000 E Yesler Way - Shots Fired - Caller said he heard four gunshots, then saw four teens running away towards Pratt Park. Update: Another witness reported hearing the shots and then seeing a newer black Impala with shiny rims leaving the area
3:26PM - 15th & E. John - Shoplifting - Safeway security struggling with a shoplifter
3:32PM - 500 14th Ave E - Trespassing - A chronic trespasser has returned
4:07PM - 10th & E. Pine - Suspicious Circumstance - A citizen told an officer that there's a guy trying to sell a stolen passport near Cal Anderson Park. White male, 20s, white tshirt, blue jeans, riding a white bicycle
4:30PM - 23rd Ave E and E Harrison St - Accident - Two car accident, injuries, blocking
5:00PM - 1400 E John St - Shoplifting - Person in custody at Safeway
5:05PM - 23rd Ave S and E Dearborn - Narcotics Activity - Three people dealing
5:40PM - 23rd Ave & E. Jefferson - Hit & Run - Vehicle hit a pedestrian and kept going. Offending vehicle is a gray cadillac with no other distinguishing marks. Update: Witnesses describe the car as a gold sedan, 70s era, one of its side mirrors was left at the scene.

yes thats right! you can no longer walk up and down the street and look over your shoulder....haha the things people call the police for....what a waste of their time sometimes hahah!!!!!

I reported that guy. He was very much suspicious. My call was misreported. The guy in question was walking up the driveway of a four plex at mid morning- prime breakin time- and rubber necking like the chick in the Exorcist. No one who has any legit business looks that paranoid.

My incident has not made it onto this site but I thought I would relay that there is a guy exposing himself. Last night, 9:15 pm, SW corner of 12th and Republican. White male, 6' tall, dark beard - and obviously pathetically creepy. Polica were called and patrolled the area very quickly after the incident. Good response time.
