pretty sure I heard 3gunshots in rapid succession around 5 am on the 17 just south of Garfield. anyone have any info? sirens did not follow the gunshots, so I gather no one was hit

We heard the same exact thing at the same exact ten, about 5:10 AM three gunshots
We heard the same thing, sounded like it was right outside the window (23rd and Yesler). Then a car sped off. No idea what happened though.
Hopefully one/all of you reported this to the police?
*Definitely* call the police if you are hearing gunshots. They are constantly asking people in community meetings to call 911 for any suspicious activity or things in your neighborhood that make you feel unsafe. Please report it. :-)
I was up early to catch up on some work. I heard it and called 911 right away. I’m close to 26th & Yesler, sounded REALLY, REALLY close. I heard a car door open, someone saying “Hey man” (or something similar, I don’t remember exactly), 3 pops, and then car driving away – scared the shit out of me. I saw the police driving around, but didn’t see or hear anything else. Please call 911 next time, police would have gotten better idea of where it was coming from, also, I’m starting to feel like a douche every time I call 911 for shit like this if no one else does.
