On September 8th, the Leschi Community Council will hold a Book Sale in the parking lot at the Grocery Outlet at Union and MLK Jr. Way from 10 AM to 3 PM.

The proceeds from this sale benefit the Seattle Music Partnership which conducts after school instrumental music instruction at 4 local elementary schools: Leschi, Madrona, Bailey-Gatzert and Thurgood Marshall.  It’s a great opportunity to stock up on winter reading before the skies turn gray and the rains return.
