Can anyone confirm ambulances were apparently hampered by gridlocked traffic on Boren Ave. near Virginia Mason hospital (Boren at Seneca) during Thursday 3/29 evening rush hour? A neighbor at Seneca and Boren  indicated that she heard three sirens during the traffic jam and thinks the ambulances were impeded by the traffic.
