Flash Volunteer is an online platform that helps connect, inspire and mobilize volunteers to effect meaningful change at the neighborhood level.

As Flash works to foster volunteerism and drive community engagement, it is launching an effort in Seattle’s Central District to improve the dialogue among residents, neighborhood leaders and community organizations. Flash hopes to help the Central District overcome the various technological, financial and language-based barriers that currently keep so many from taking an active role in their communities.
