1. This is a sympton of mis-guided youth, crack/prostitution, & other urban atrocities that plague our Seattle neighborhoods. This area has such a history of inner-city problems that it will take decades before things get better because of the influence(s) contained within this 2 mi sq radius. If it wasn’t for the plight of this area it would be the best, most valuable residential area in the city. It, by far, has the best location within the city limits & the houses & so cute/charming. This is the downside of living in this attractive area.
