We’ve written before about Madrona’s not-so-secret society of food lovers and their monthly meetups. If you weren’t able to reserve a spot at June earlier this month when a record-high 50-plus diners turned out for a sold-out Sunday dinner, you can still attend an upcoming event this summer.
Audrey Seale, the organizer of the MD&SS, shared some details about this summer’s meetings.
- July 22 will be a summer patio evening at the Hi Spot, with “Sammie Sue’s pulled pork & all the summer supper fixings” for $20 per person.
- August 17 will offer wine tastings and food pairings at Bottlehouse, concluding with a film screening at Bottlehouse’s Backyard Cinema with Truffle Oil popcorn.
- Sept. 12 is the 3rd Annual Grand End of Summer Picnic at St. Therese’s Great Green Lawn. St. Clouds will cater and tickets will be available at glassybaby later this summer.
It’s a great deal for what is essentially a private party at a local restaurant. To reserve a spot for the July or August events, you can email [email protected].
