It can be a dicey proposition to find something to eat on Labor Day. We found that out this morning when we went all the way to Columbia City for breakfast and found that Geraldine’s was closed.

But jseattle has reminded us that there’s a tasty lunch option in the Central District every Monday, with the Skillet Street Food airstream parked at 13th & Marion near Seattle U.

On the menu today: the burger, 7 flavor beef & nodles, rockfish tacos, and of course poutine.
