If someone sees that car circling the block, they should get the license plate number in case anyone ever turns up missing.
And wanted to let people in the area know of a resource to locate sex offenders in your area (below). You can even put your address in and get updates when an offender moves in or out. You won’t know exactly where they live but it’s nice to know who is in the area–especially those offenders who look seemingly harmless when you see them walking down the street and they turn out to be level 3 sex offenders.
