Any idea what was going on around 3:30am at 25th and Jefferson. Lots of police response, fire truck, ambulance, tow truck. While they didn’t use sirens, the idling fire truck left much to be desired.

Officer was flagged down by a citizen regarding a woman passed out in a vehicle with the engine running. Fire dept soon called to respond for a possible OD, with the victim described as “not very conscious, not very alert”
