It happened again—a bunch of 4-5 teenagers were throwing rocks at cars tonight at about 10:30pm, on 23rd S. at the lid park (betw. Judkins & Massachusetts). A girl really winged a small rock at my car and hit it. Cops were called. We don’t throw rocks at cars in my neighborhood.
