3. 900 block of 22nd Ave – Resident caught a man trying to enter her bathroom window. He then ran off eastbound. Suspect described as a dark-skinned black male, 35, muscular build, clean-shaven, wearing a black beanie, and white tshirt.
   Containment was set up around the block and dogs were brought in to track the suspect. They found a dark blue stocking cap a couple of doors east of the complainant’s house. The track led the back and forth between 22nd & 21st, but we never heard anything on the scanner about the suspect being captured.
