Chimney Smoke

It’s about sixty degrees outside and someone is using their fireplace…( I live near 27th and Union)…. I usually put up with it in the winter, know to close my windows for someone’s scheduled 6pm burn time but REALLY don’t want to have to smell it in almost summer when I can have my windows open. It’s not necessary, it’s not cold out, and it IS polluting the air. You’re making your carbon footprint more like a carbon godzilla footprint. Please think of your neighbors!

  1. Thanks for the passive aggressive note, Dave. The problem is that I’ve had this issue for awhile and I can’t figure out who’s burning. Thought this might help.
You don’t need to be rude, dude.

  2. As long as we’re airing our passive-aggressive complaints to our neighbors…Now that they’ve built townhomes adjacent to our backyard, I am always smelling somebody’s highly scented dryer sheets, especially on weekends. I totally acknowledge your right to do laundry, but I am chemically sensitive and those things give me a headache for days. Could you please buy unscented?

  3. SENSITIVE PEOPLE PERHAPS YOU SHOULD ALL MOVE OUT OF THE CITY. TO THE FAR OUT COUNTRY ALL BY YOUR LITTLE SELF WITH YOU SENSITIVITIES TO KEEP YOU COMPANY. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BURN BABY BURN, AND BUY INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH DRIER SHEETS TO BE BURNED AND USED WHERNEVER IT HITS YOUR FANCY.
