For anyone who may be interested. Here is a request for public records I made to the Liquor Control Board.

Does anybody know what the latest is and/or any planned opening date?

The LCB says that the application is “pending” and for when the TE will open, we should contact the owner. They were doing work in the space the day before yesterday. UPDATE (1/8/09): According to the State Attorney who was at the Central Area Neighborhood District Council meeting last night, she’s just waiting to hear from the owners to finalize the deal.
