1. I saw this too….and was pretty excited. A couple of weeks before the Mexican Restaurant sign a different sign stating “Cherry Street Grill” was posted. (I could definitely go for that too). Today I noticed that there is a large For Lease sign in the window. It states that it is a “turn key restaurant.” I hope somebody picks it up soon.
