Councilmembers Tim Burgess, Nick Licata and Council President Richard Conlin will join host C.R. Douglas for City Inside/Out: Council Edition on the SEATTLE CHANNEL Cable Channel 21 to talk about current Seattle events, concerns from residents, and what is next for the lawmakers.
