10:04am – 12th & Denny – Officer trying to stop a car for reckless driving, but the driver has cruised through at least four intersections without stopping. Officer says it’s obvious the driver knows he’s there because lights and sirens are on and the driver has looked over his shoulder and through the review mirror several times. He’s obeying all of the traffic laws while doing it, stopping at all the right places and under the speed limit. Driver finally pulled over at 23rd & Olive, and will be cited with refusal to yield to an emergency vehicle, which is about a $1000.00 fine.
