I remember being very skeptical when this new house went up for sale just east of 23rd Ave on E. Columbia:
Listed at $999,950, it’s been on the market since April with no takers.
Granted it’s a nice new construction house that replaced a tiny, crime-plagued rental. But at almost 5,000 square feet, it dwarfs its neighbors and is arguably too big for most of the people shopping for houses around here.
But one million dollars? Seems like a long-shot to me. Does anybody else think it will sell without a substantial price reduction?
