The Seattle SWAT team was called out this morning around 8:30AM to respond to a report of a woman walking around the 700 block of 26th Ave with a sword. After a long stand-off outside her apartment, police broke in to find her peacefully passed out on the bed.
The police spokesperson reported that she had been out partying the night before and has a history of mental health issues. She was taken to harborview for evaluation.
