CDNews Police Scanner - 9/30

The full scoop from the streets of Seattle's East Precinct on the last day of September, 2009:

10:40AM - 200 Summit Ave E - Robbery - A known man tried to take money from a woman's pockets and then shot her with a Taser gun. White male, 30s, 6' tall, bald, wearing a black hooded jacket, goes by the street-name of "Gumby", and has a Gumby tattoo on his left arm.
2:12PM - 2600 E. Cherry - Assistance - Caller locked her 8 month old child in the apartment
2:14PM - 1300 E. Madison - Suspicious Circumstance - Two males are casing the ATM. Described as hispanic or black males, early 20s to 30s. Based on the number of recent incidents here, seems like it would be smart to avoid this ATM.
3:27PM - 28th E. & E. Madison - Accident - Blocking accident with injuries
Update: Not a traffic accident, but "more or less caused by a bicyclist dumping his bike"
4:42PM - 1700 Harvard Ave - Disturbance - SCCC security is having problems with two drunk and belligerent males
6:27PM - 23rd & E. Cherry - Threat - Man says that someone is following him in his car and threatening him. Language barrier is hampering effort to get more details.
Update: This may be a robbery. Suspect described as a black male, orange shirt, gray pants.
Update x2: Was an attempted robbery, with a 17-18 year old suspect last seen running eastbound past Garfield. One of the suspects pulled something black out of his waistband, but isn't sure if it was a gun or not.
6:54PM - 1700 17th Ave - Welfare Check - Neighbor hears a child pounding on a door, screaming "mommy, mommy, where are you?"
7:01PM - 27th & E. Cherry - Suspicious Circumstance - Two men looking into vehicles as they walk southbound. 2 black males, 18-20s, one in red baseball cap.
7:27PM - 27th & E. Union - Suspicious Circumstance - Red dodge van has been sitting occupied for several hours with a female coming and going repeatedly
7:53PM - 2400 S. Irving - Assault - Woman assaulted by boyfriend, who drove off in a white Mercedes. He's also known to carry weapons
8:07PM - 2323 E. Cherry - Weapons Call - Caller said there was a disturbance between two men, and one of them was armed with a gun. They then hung up.
8:35PM - 2600 E. Spring - Domestic Disturbance - Couple were in a fight, female tried to drive off, but the male jumped in and was hanging out the window. White male, 6'4", tan zip-up sweater
