A known man tried to take money from a woman's pockets and then shot her with a Taser gun. White male, 30s, 6' tall, bald, wearing a black hooded jacket, goes by the street-name of "Gumby", and has a Gumby tattoo on his left arm.

Two males are casing the ATM. Described as hispanic or black males, early 20s to 30s. Based on the number of recent incidents here, seems like it would be smart to avoid this ATM.

Update:
This may be a robbery. Suspect described as a black male, orange shirt, gray pants.
Update x2:
Was an attempted robbery, with a 17-18 year old suspect last seen running eastbound past Garfield. One of the suspects pulled something black out of his waistband, but isn't sure if it was a gun or not.

That ATM on Madison is 2 blocks away from the SPD East Precinct.
