Hello everyone,

I received a message from Ted Divina of the Neighborhood Service Center today that he and Mayor Nickels and high-ranking police officers will be walking through the neighborhood surrounding Mt. Baker on this Saturday, December 6. They would like to stop by Mt. Baker at approximately 11:00 a.m. and hear from us on our concerns about the youth violence in our city.

I am inviting all of you to stop by Mt. Baker (2425 S. Jackson Street) on this Saturday, December 6 at 11:00 a.m. to bring your questions and concerns directly to the mayor. As you know, we tried to meet with him before to no avail — now is our chance. This would be an opportunity to share that concern as well.
