I’m not sure if anything is visible from street level, but from the apartments across the street, I could see some activity in the old Safeco office at 23rd and Main, behind the vacant Hollywood Video, over the past couple of days. This space has been vacant for years, it seems, certainly long before Hollywood Video left.

Anyway, the lights are on inside, and what I think are two massage chairs are plainly visible. Could also be dentist chairs, or tattoo chairs, for all I know. Does anyone know if there’s a permanent tenant moving in?
