Sorry I wasn’t able to get hold of the little guy/girl with my dog on his leash.  it looked like s/he had part of a black harness on but no tags. s/he had just crossed jefferson on 20th and was on the SW corner at about 4:05.  s/he came back across from the direction s/he had come when i called – s/he seemed very friendly – but when i tried to scoop ’em up, s/he thought it was a fun game, and ran up the hill heading west on the north side of jefferson, towards Swedish.  good luck!
