Harmony Arts, a neighborhood program for kids 3-17 years old will offer its first community classes next week. In residence at My World Dance and Fitness studio, Harmony Arts offers a mix of self-defense, kung fu and yoga and specializes in working with special needs children, through mainstreaming and individual programs. Peace based programs focus on empowerment and respect for self and others!
