Where and what time? Curious
It’s on the events calender… and sounds DELICIOUS
When: Sunday, September 30, 2012 01:00 PM – 03:30 PM Where: The Neighbor Lady, 2308 E. Union St., Seattle, What: Uncle Peaches’ Cakes & Cobblers Presents: “TASTE & SEE” – A Down-Home All-You-Can-Taste Dessert Buffet Sunday, September 30, 1:00pm to 3:30pm, The Neighbor Lady, 2308 E. Union St., Seattle, $12 (dine-in all-you-can-taste) (take-out-option available)
Featuring: Red Velvet Cake − Louisiana Lemon Cake − Hummingbird Cake − 7-Up Pineapple Coconut Cake − Texas Funeral Cake (chocolate) − Low Country Pound Cake − Christian Women’s Bread Pudding w/ Bourbon Sauce − Coffee, Ice-Cold Milk Plus Cash Bar
At Uncle Peaches’ Cakes & Cobblers our intention is simple; provide folks in our neck of the woods with desserts inspired by African-American and Southern traditions. Our down-home Cakes & Cobblers begin and end with time-tested recipes; there are no magic secret ingredients, unless of course you count Butter and Love.
You allow children? PLease update so I can know whether my dessert loving kiddies can attend? And, if so, is there a different cost for the young’uns (with smaller bellies)? Thanks sounds like fun! Onika
