For all you Broadstripe customers. I recently went to the City Council and Mayor with some information from Broadstripe about how the city was in their way of providing better service and a number of other falsehoods. The city actually has a dept that handles cable. They wrote back to me today saying they had confronted Broadstripe after their false claims against the city. And the city said that Broadstripe is a failing company. WAVE of Kirkland, Washington is going to take over their business here maybe as early as February! All I can say is hoorah but the infrastructure WAVE is taking over is tragic. But it can get better!

I am on DSL for now, but I hunger for faster and faster Internet. If this new company upgrades their infrastructure and gets a decent reputation for reliability and customer service I will jump.

Good riddance!! I can’t stand Broadstripe. So many bad experiences with them.
Broadstripe has been terrible. Once, when I didn’t upgrade, the Broadstripe sales rep “Dennis” unplugged my cable cord! No internet for almost 2 weeks, until the Broadstripe tech came to fix my internet and let me know what had happened. Ugh. Hello, WAVE!
My partner and I stumbled over here coming from a different website and thought I should check things out. I like what I see so now i am following you. Look forward to finding out about your web page for a second time.
