The bank has foreclosed on it and the Philly’s lot. It is my understanding that Mt Calvary church would like to buy them. Mt C has a fair amount of real estate on both sides of 23rd there. It’s an important piece of the corner of 23rd & Union. I like the positive traffic the church brings. Their buildings, not so much.
