FYI – The murals are located at the last headquarter of the BPP. The original headquarter was located in a storefront shared with Nesbits barber shop on 34th Avenue, South of Union street. Here is a link to a photo. http://depts.washington.edu/civilr/images/bpp/dix/Bpp5%20001
Thank you for the clarification. As I was writing I wondered if I had that fact straight and then thought that I had heard that the one on 34th was the second one. True, I didn’t check my facts.
I live on 19th between Yesler and Jefferson, no murals. What street are they on???
They are actually on 20th.
