Northwest Double Dutch is proud to be offering summer camps at Every Body Fitness beginning in June! There are camps availble for kids ages 4 and up. Most of the camps are full day and run for one week at a time. For more information, please check out: www.nwdoubledutch.com .
The camps will focus on the basics of double dutch and then we will move on to more complicated tricks and routines. Each week will have a theme in which we will work on other double dutch related projects to give our legs a rest.
Class sizes are small to insure lots of time in the ropes and instruction from your coaches so register early!
Rope jumping burns 100 calories in 10 minutes and is a great way to: improve fitness (strength, endurance and power), develop physical skills (balance, flexibility, coordination, rhythm, timing and agility), assist with weight management and build strong bones, encourage creativity, develop leadership and teamwork and improve self-esteem and social skills.
