On 23rd and fir at around 1:00AM Thursday 3/6, there were about 7 or 8 police cars that pulled over 2 men in a vehicle and arrested them. The police had the menm lying on the ground, hands behind the back, handcuffed them, searched the car, and then took them away. Any idea what that was about?
