CDNews Police Scanner - 6/10

Today's CDScanner was delayed by the tragic death of a DSL router. Now back to our regularly scheduled mayhem:

12:54PM - 2500 E. Union - Pursuit - A suspect ran from a traffic stop, hopping a a fence southbound. Black male, late teens, black t-shirt, shorts, glasses, black hat, medium afro, cornrows.
Update: Suspect caught at 26th & Union
1:35PM - 2300 Delmar Ave E. - Suspicious Circumstance - Person driving on the freeway saw a man open the garage of a house. "not sure how he knows it's not his house". White male, associated with a silver sedan
2:31PM - 1300 Madison - Shoplifting - Woman stole from Rite Aid, then taunted security by standing across the street. They want her trespassed
3:38PM - 2900 E. Cherry - Suspicious Circumstance - Alarm has been going off for about 10 minutes on a vacant for-sale house. Caller confronted a man inside who said he was a worker. Real estate agent didn't know anything about it
4:45PM - 27th & E. Olive - Weapons Call - Man walking southbound with a rifle in his hand, accompanied by another man with a large wrench

27th and Spring activity
27th and Spring -- lots of activity at our favourite house. Gang and regular seattle cars there. Anyone know whats up?
