It's already the last Thursday in February. Here's the scoop from Seattle's East Precinct:

11:27AM - Harvard E. & E. Republican - Shoplifting - Shoplifting suspect left eastbound in a silver Chevy van
12:28PM - 12th & E. Pine - Animal Control - A lost Husky was running into traffic, and is now hanging out inside the East Precinct until animal control arrives
12:30PM - 8th S. & S. Jackson - Purse Snatch - Man grabbed a woman's purse. Black male, 40s, beige jacket, tan pants, last seen eastbound on S. King
12:35PM - Broadway & E. Pine - Accident - With minor injuries, blocking some lanes
12:51PM - 1500 Harvard - Assault - Parking officer was trying to ticket a vehicle, when the driver took off, almost running him down. Left westbound on Pine, a burgundy Chevy Impala
Warning: If you try to run down a PEO, he has your license plate, and police will definitely try to track you down
Update: Another PEO spotted the car downtown, and it was pulled over in the 1500 block of 4th Ave. Victim PEO is on the way to ID
2:27PM - 12th S. & S. Weller - Fight - Two females in a physical fight
3:09PM - 24th & Yesler - Disturbance - Officer stopped someone and reports that a hostile crowd has gathered
4:53PM - 900 23rd Ave - Narcotics Activity - Caller saw a drug deal between a pedestrian and a blue Dodge, registered to the 1500 block of 27th Ave.
Update: Vehicle being stopped by police at 23rd & Cherry
