It looks like our weather is turning. Let's see how it affects the street scene in Seattle's East Precinct:

10:38AM - 2400 E. Columbia Ave - Disturbance - Man pushing a female. Caller hasn't seen any weapons, but did see the man pick something up off of the ground. Black male in a large black tshirt in his early 20s.
Update: The man is now pulling the female into a house
Update x2: Police arrived and are sorting out the situation
10:53AM - 1300 E. Madison - Suspicious Circumstance - Man possibly casing the ATM at the Bank of America. He's been loitering in the area previously too
11:13AM - 1300 Madison - Shoplifting - Adult male in custody at Rite Aid
11:21AM - 39th E. & E. McGilvra - Hazard - A 3-4 foot sink hole has opened up on McGilvra
11:27AM - 1400 E. Alder - Suspicious Circumstance - Caller arrived at a friends house to find a broken front window, and injured dog inside, and blood visible on the glass and inside. The friend also isn't answering the door
11:41AM - 1410 E. John - Shoplifting - Store manager is struggling with a shoplifter at Safeway
12:18PM - 1401 Broadway - Shoplifting - Adult male in custody at QFC
3:11PM - 1600 14th Ave - DV Assault - Woman says her boyfriend just assaulted her and then left southbound in a black 4-door car
3:26PM - 115 15th Ave E - Bank Robbery - Armed robbery of the Group Health Credit Union. Suspect is a black male, 35, 5'11", clean cut, cream colored suit, leather baseball cap, possibly associated with a white Chevy Caprice with a spotlight on the side like an old police car.
Update: Police have some suspects in mind, not clear why, but think they might be heading to points south of the city
Update x2: Weapon used was a black or blue revolver with a wooden handle.
Update x3: Description matches that of a suspect who robbed a bank in Renton earlier today, and may be tied to a rash of earlier robberies of south-county banks
Update x4: Updated suspect description: Heavy set black male, 5'11"-6', little bit of facial hair, brown eyes, cream-colored baseball cap
Update x5: Photo from earlier GHCU robbery 2 weeks ago in Tukwila matches the suspect in this one
Update x6: CHS is at the scene
4:01PM - 1600 Federal Ave E. - Suspicious Circumstance - A unknown male has been repeatedly circling the block, and the caller saw him stop and speak with a 7 year old child. They've also seen the vehicle in the area before, and are concerned due to the large number of kids around. Suspect described as a black male, mid 20s, glasses, wearing a sweatshirt, driving an older Ford Taurus
4:04PM - 8550 15th Ave NW - Bank Robbery - This time in Ballard. Seems like enough time for a determined thief to make their way up there from Capitol Hill
4:30PM - Broadway & E. Terrace - Accident - Car vs. bicyclist with minor injuries

If someone sees that car circling the block, they should get the license plate number in case anyone ever turns up missing.

And wanted to let people in the area know of a resource to locate sex offenders in your area (below). You can even put your address in and get updates when an offender moves in or out. You won't know exactly where they live but it's nice to know who is in the area--especially those offenders who look seemingly harmless when you see them walking down the street and they turn out to be level 3 sex offenders.
