I was going southbound on 23rd, around 2:30 or so, and just past the Promenade there was a car stopped in the northbound lane, surrounded by Sheriff’s department people with guns drawn. It was quite dramatic.

I got treated to that yesterday morning on my way to work. He was on his way by the time I had my phone out to call it in- I *hope* beyond hope it’s the same person.
