It's a sunny November Monday in Seattle.  What more could we hope for?  Here's the scoop from the streets of the East Precinct:

11:38AM - 909 E. Newton St. - 911 Hang-Up - At an unit in a condo
11:56AM - 900 18th Ave E - Suspicious Circumstance - There's a man wandering around the caller's yard. Black male, 20s, orange vest.
12:16PM - 900 23rd Ave - Narcotics Activity - Two people selling drugs. Black male, 30s, sports shirt, black female in black shirt
12:22PM - 2500 E. Miller - Disturbance - Two males walking eastbound are "involved in some kind of disturbance". What could it be?
12:44PM - 1500 E. Olin - Alarm - On the front entry of a residence
1:40PM - 25th S & S. Jackson - Assault - Male assaulting a female in the intersection
1:52PM - Boren & E. Terrace - Accident - Blocking with injuries. Northbound traffic is shut down
2:12PM - 23rd S & S Dearborn - Underage Drinking - 3 juveniles drinking as they walk westbound
3:08PM - Harvard Ave E & E. Olive Way - Accident - Vehicle vs. "little child on a bike". eeek. Medics on the way. Update: Turns out there were no injuries
3:19PM - 300 26th Ave S - Narcotics Activity - Male and female doing the drugs
3:42PM - 900 23rd Ave - Narcotics Activity - Numerous people selling the drugs
4:03PM - 1900 E. Spruce - Condemnation - Officer asked how he could get the department of planning & Development to condemn a house that was "unlivable". There's also an "ATF issue". Not sure if that's of the federal variety.
5:12PM - 10th Ave and E Seneca St - Disturbance - A woman with a blanket is sitting in a parking lot refusing to leave.
5:29PM - 917 E Yesler Way - Disturbance - Man sprayed a person with pepper spray at Yelser Community Center
5:43PM - 1100 29th Ave - Narcotics Activity - Occupants of a gold sedan are smoking drugs

Why aren't any bicycle/foot patrols making loops from noon to midnight east of 23rd avenue? This drug dealing activity is brazen and so predictable. Every damn day!
