New art shows up in another vacant lot at 23rd & Madison

Although we've lost one set of neighborhood art, we've suddenly gained another at 23rd & Madison.

It's composed of several easels holding brightly-colored paintings and one painted door with a unicorn bird, a sword, and a bullfrog:

The art was brought to our attention by twitterer Travam. So far we don't have any details on the who or why, but will let you know when we hear more.

thank you for your efforts
to brighten up the community. I am not all that knowledgeable about art, so i am glad that i can now call the art by its proper name. I LOVE the artwork and LOVE the way it puts a beautiful positive bright light on our community. Gia

Oh THAT Neil!
I just figured out who you are, Julian told me. The style seemed familiar, I hadn't put it together. You're awesome, Neil! Maybe you could do same at 23rd and Union, or at the old Deanos site? Jim Mueller seems agreeable to public art.
