From the sunny streets of Seattle's East Precinct:

12:45PM - 300 Lakeside Ave S - Hit & Run - Victim's car was hit by another driver, and the victim followed it to this address. The suspect appears to be drunk
1:52PM - 500 19th Ave E. - Purse Snatch - A group of three men grabbed a woman's purse and drove away. Three black males, left in a purple Ford Explorer, southbound on 20th E eastbound on E. Mercer.
Update: Main suspect is the driver, described as black male, 40s, bald, stocky build, 5'9", 210
2:10PM - 1401 Broadway - Shoplifting - One caught at QFC
3:20PM - 23rd S. & S. Jackson - Disturbance - Seven males following and arguing with another. Caller thinks fight is about to start
3:49PM - 1421 Harvard Ave - Weapons Call - Caller reports a pickup in the QFC parking lot with rifles hanging in the back window. Driver went into the store
4:09PM - E. Denny Way & Broadway - Accident - Vehicle vs. pedestrian, with injuries. All northbound traffic blocked. Note that this will interrupt trolley bus service too
5:16PM - Bellevue & E. Pine - Suspicious Circumstance - Possible auto theft: young male in white shirt fiddling around with the dashboard of a blue 2-door Toyota, and eventually driving away

today at 28th & Norman
This morning around 8 there were 5 police cars at the corner of 28th & Norman near my house. Does anyone know what happened?
