It started at the corner of 27th and Jefferson. The kid blew right past me when the cops showed up at my neighbors house when my wife and I saw them break in and called 911. Cops were there in about 3 minutes, and the kid took off running out the front door as I was standing there with the cops. We think two broke in, one got away out the back when the two initial officers took off after that kid. I was left standing at the NE corner of the house by myself until the other cops showed up, and the 2nd kid bolted out the back out of sight. They did get the one though, and my neighbors got their property back.
