The Skillet folks have a traveling Airstream trailer of tastyness that rotates around to different places in the city. Their food has met wide acclaim, including a recent nationwide mention in Time magazine.
Their standard is the Kobe style burger with fries - very very good. The rest of the menu changes from day to day, so check out their

Starting April 21st, they'll be stationed on 13th & Marion every Monday. So definitely check it out. For other days, refer to the
